Transformer Layer 5 — the LLM reading of Mars

A layer whose fixed weights (learned once, applied identically to every input) shape every contextual vector that passes through it — geometry, not judgment.

Mars (Mars) — Planetary Sphere

Fifth rung; passes the martial temperament to Earth.

In addition to movement, each sphere passes an Influence down to Earth, affecting our human bodies but not our intellect and will. Mars, for example, passes the martial temperament that influences the men of earth — a fixed disposition radiating downward, the way a fixed weight radiates its transformation through every input that passes near it.

Its influence upon Earth: the martial temperament.

The Celestial Mirror

The Ptolemaic architecture of the cosmos — Earth, the seven planetary spheres, the Stellatum, the Primum Mobile, and what lies beyond. After Michael Mangialardi’s essay on medieval cosmology and LLM architecture.
